Product cancelled due to Amazon fault

I have ordered echo dot with free bulb. Both products were dispatched separately so customer executive said that I will not have to pay any amount at the time of the bulb so when the bulb arrived I didn’t pay and the courier boy took back the bulb, I immediately contacted customer care and they said I was given wrong information I have to pay the amount for bulb so I reseduled the the delivery for the same day and the said that it will be delivered on the same day only but at night I was informed the ordered cancelled. Why such careless executive, I want an action against it.
