Unable to attend AC Repair under warranty period

Dear Sir/ Madam

It is very unfortunate that I bought a micromax Air Conditioner split unit for my personal use. In warranty period the AC stopped cooling and on calling their customer care I was assigned a ticket id. After repeated followups of almost 1 month. with their ac repair team/ technician and repeated promises to rectify 1 person came to the site for diagnosis and since that 1 month has passed and nobody turns up at the site for repair. Please assist for filing a complaint against them because of the harassment I have faced during this extreme summers for past 1 month. I have proper tax invoice and exchanged emails and call records and I want a strict action against this type of fraud company.
