i can’t add any paid chanel or free chanel

I have a Airtel DTH connection, consumer ID 3008887215. From 1st Feb 2019 i can’t add any paid chanel or free chanel, when i call customer care then they said “our system not working so call after 2/4 hours”. at same time when i follow SMS procedure for adding chanel then this SMS process not working, i hope your authority will take action against this problem. my mobile number 8820673737
