I purchased Zeblaze Thor S smart watch with order #100052278 for Rs 1950 on 7th December. I received the product on 11th December which completely a different watch of cheap make. I checked in amazon and found the delivered watch to be of Rs 699.
Tried reaching the contact number but doesnot connect. Also tried reaching the vendor Presha Trading and found the number to be invalid.
I want help to get the money/right product back. And the owners of both the companies to be legally dealt for the consumers to be at safer side.
