I am 5-6 years consumer of idea simcard company. I have only one sim card. l am regularly recharge my simcard and outgoing & incoming calls daily.
But suddenly my outgoing call are closed. and some day i am going outside to city and i cannot call any person. Didn’t known why this happen hole day. Lot of mentally distracted. suffering many problem in this new area for me.
My simcard account have balance 35.28 but i didn’t got call, sms to some one.
At night friend tell me call to customer care. So I was call him said about this. They tell me to recharge 35 rupees.
I have all ready 35.28 balance. And again different recharge of 35 rupees. and again recharge same value 28 days.
What is this? I am just a collegeous & lower medial class family.
I use mobile very less time.
I didn’t afford this..
