In 2011-2012 during the hype the telecom companies had launched a scheme of 99 years validity for which they charged the user’s roughly 2999 rupees. I had also purchased this validity for my number.
Now all of a sudden in Nov 2018 Vodafone has terminated services to my number saying that the company has changed the rules. They now say that the validity then bought was for sim card and not service validity.
This is outright fraud. This deserves A lawsuit
