Fraud in the name of offer and later misbehaved rather than dissolving the issue

I’ve been fraud in the name of offer. I had recharged with an amount of rs. 149 to which they didn’t provide the exact amount listed in the offer. And later when I contacted them for dissolving the issue both the costumer care executive and the so called senior executive misbehaved with me.
