warrunty of tire

Dear Concern,

I have purchase an indica vista car from SANKAR MOTORS (AUTHORISED DEALER OF TATA MOTORS) On February 2011. on that time sales person give me commitment that there is full warranty on car for two year, I told him that in your booklet not specified of year or KM in some of parts like tire, battery, music system etc. he told me, Sir which parts is inbuilt in this car is full warranty for two year. At present my car’s two tires is damage due to manufacturing problem, before this my clutch plate was damage and sankar motor charge from me of clutch plate price. presently sankar motor bhagalpur is refused my tires claim. So, please look into the matter and do the needful. My car registration no is BR-34P-1485
