Respected Sir,
I purchased parryware cub-board seatcover bearing 2 years warranty from
Patna on 20/06/2012.But no warranty card was given to facilitate the warranty claim in future within period of 2 years by the company.The company should give warranty card along with the product.The cartoon of the seat cover has a stamp saying 2 years warranty for the product.Selling a product with warranty without warranty card is an unfair trade practice.Kindly look into the problem.
