I’m naeem shaikh from Pune Maharashtra I have been use aircel sim card since last ten (10) years when I was purchase aircel prepaid sim card company promising us sim services will be life time but from last 2 months there is no service and Network on my mobile from aircel I was try to call customer care number but there is no response from company it’s ok but I want to Port my number on another network but they said we have to need an approval from aircel and aircel is not responding my calls that number (aircel ) is to important for me because my everything attached with that bank,Gmail, etc.
May I request to you please help me on this please.
