Hi Team,
I have bought this induction in the month of 30 July 2017 and I started using it but, in the month of October I faced below issues:
– Its body was cracked automatically with a huge noise.
– It dropped off the MC’s of my house.
– It also hurt my wife by short circuit to body and it stopped working.
And I have logged a complain (#: CHA0910170012799207). Before this I also talked to the local dealer to get it resolved. But, he denied to do so and said that raise a complain to the company while he had said that he will get it resolved and that’s why I had purchased from him. When I raised a complain and talked several times to costumer care and local service provider and he agreed to change the body also as it was not broken by me and same was also identified by the visited representative. But, It was a surprise to me that my complaint got closed without my feedback. Now, again it stopped working intermittently and raised a new complaint again. But, no one is responding to it. All are playing an important roles in it.

This is second time when I faced this issue. I have bought Bajaj Induction on 30th July 2017 and still within the warranty period. And I am using it for daily only for normal use.
Today, again it’s plastic body got broken with a surprised sound when I was using it. Seriously, what a cheap material you used. Also, it creates too much noise and short circuit as well.
Sometime, I felt that weather I am playing with my life after investing amount into your bad products. It might take my life to death due to the current issue and I felt too much fear when its plastic got cracked with a huge noise.
Also, I had logged a complain against this earlier as well and for its poor working condition. It’s a surprise for me because I use it only for a day or two in a week. If I was using it on daily basis, how many times it could be stopped working that can be predicted.

Please repair/replace this useless product (including Body & Technical faults) as soon as possible.
I am seriously disappointed with the quality of your products, you are selling.
Please take some actions against it.
I will give you the current complain number as your service lines are only available between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Will share you probably by today.
Could you please look in to it? My product is still under the warranty period.
