My cash was not credited from 3 days

I have deposited cash in cash deposit machine in my husband account .4746001500024263 name dheeraj Kumar pandaty.at exhibition road. Branch .but due to light issues at Branch but every day I visit branch they say today my cash was credited.but from 11.6.2018 till today date my money was not credited.
