With great dissatisfaction I would like to lodge this complain against Airtel I had been receiving enormous calls regarding porting my no to Airtel which I did as promises like tie up with Okhla n superb coverage but all seem to be untrue
From the day my no got ported I Cldnt use my net when complained they told me to wait for 5 working days till the 27 may which I did but the scenario was the same nothing was resolved nxt day my husband went to the gallery n got the sim changed but that too didn’t work
Gallery people saying it’s network issue in our area but my neighbour is using it I’m still facing the same problem as it is alwaz streaming
Please request one n all do not switch to Airtel pathetic service
