Sir, i have a connection of Reliance BIG tv having smart card no. 200869943851. From feb 2018 onward channels are not working. i got an error 400. I repeated called customer care and they told me it will work in 72 hours. Some of employee told me offline that my channels would never work. I have wasted my money on Reliance DTH service. So kindly help me.
