This person has taken money from me sent me a product which I don’t like and they don’t have a return or a refund policy and they are abusing me and talking rudely when I call them.

They are selling clothes on Facebook market place and I ordered a kurta from them ,the product delivered is not my size and I don’t like it.They don’t have a return policy or refund policy.When I call them they say that we won’t do anything ,do what you want. So I request you to file a case against both of them
