Recurring Bill on Non Usage

I am facing an issue with Airtel continuously for the last 3 months on the additional charges of Booster pack being added to my bills. Whenever i call them to complain, they are rude and mention it is adjusted. Why take money first and then adjust ? In addition, they mention stating i can go ahead and complain to Consumer forum when i have mentioned the same on escalation. If this is customer service we get from such providers for a loyal customer for past 11 years, this is absurd and they have to rethink on losing customers. Also, to my surprise, the Supervisor who handled my call states that there were no notes made on my account by the previous executive but the adjustment was made last month. This is even more scary. Bharti Airtel time to relook in to your services as this can become fatal on charging customers without their consent.
