Airtel DTH error codes appear frequently…no solution by Airtel dth

Since last December 2017..about 4 to 5 complaints given to Airtel DTH about error codes… technician comes n repairs n charges money every time.my .last complaint close with out sop solving my complaint.. customer care executives have been making fake promises … worst response n worst customer satisfaction from Airtel DTH…even now I’m facing error code b001
