Refund

Sir I have booked my bus on 2april 2018 from dehra (Himachal Pradesh) to new Delhi kashmiri gate isbt.. but due to dalit strict and Punjab close (Bharat bandh) all hrtc buses rite hass been cancelled and nobody inform us…as we reach to dehra for departure to delhi.we get information about all hrtc route cancellation.. asap I called red bus and cancelled my ticket.the customer care who spoken with us was mr Shabir (may b he given wrong name) … And he registered our cancellation request and told that the company will refund our money 1316/- after 42hour from 2 April ….till now I didn’t get any refund number of times I have called them and on new day new cc pick and say “wait for 24hr or 5days “daily new person with new time date….wtf…when we speak about this to hrtc department they said that”every customer money as been sent to red bus” but red bus costumer care lady (Shardha)…said hrtc didn’t refund or sent mail regarding this……
