Received lesser quantity than that order

Hello Sir
I yogesh yadav Placed order 3 qty of set of 2 copper bootle with Snapdeal
but while delivered it was only 3 bottle instead of 6 i.e 2 x 3 =6

while i had informed them they just dropping email that we look forward for this and reply with in 24 to 48 hrs

they are just frustrating by droping same answere without proper resolution

Please help me in this regards
