ordered a phone but received a different from the company.

On 30th January 2018 the go sales company of shastri nagar delhi 110052 called me and say that you have win a oppo smartphone in the lucky draw of the company . Then they ask me to order it at 3500 rupees and I ordered it . On 6th February 2018 I received the package and paid the postmaster the amount of 3500 as the company have said to me but when I open the package there was a simple set phone of karbone . Then I compliant about it to the company they say that they have send me the wrong package and taken my complain . They say that they will resend the package to me . But till yet they have not send me that . Whenever I call at the company’s helpline number they say that we have send your package and the parcel will be at you on this day . But have not send me yet. I want that they should pay my money back or send me my package. PLEASE I REQUEST YOU.
