Fake Product Delivered

i ordered Matrix Serum a couple of days earlier from Snapdeal. i was shown an offer in which i got 2 bottles of serum worth of 349 rupees. as the product delivered i used it and realised that the serum is completely fake since I daily use it. so i knew that it is fake and cheap but the looks of bottle and smell is completely fine but the serum is completely fake. so tried calling them but i couldnt get to the customer care executive.
