Complaint Against false bill

i am naushad ahmad.
i have using two post paid connection of idea cellular.
one number was 9818836565 discontinue in august 2017 after paying my all dues .
one connection number is 9911449135 and customer id is 100034407646.,the idea cellular have added amount of Rs477. into our existing number 9911449135.even before reaching billed date they stop our sevices incoming and outgoing.
they are not given services of this month buet they again charged me wrongly.
due to idea people we lost money because of stop services of Connection.
i want to make complaint against idea cellular.
please help to file Complaint into Court against idea cellular.
