i’ve done a recharge of 446/- (1000min/week, 1gb 3g/4g data per day, for 84 days). approx 3 weeks after recharge, data plan stops working. called up customer care, visited idea stores. all want me to “recharge” more.. wen asked, if my plan covers, they say, add’ recharge is neccessay as i have 0 balance. per conformation sms i received, i don’t need any balance. it worked this way for almost 3 weeks. wen i chatted with idea cust care, they raised a complaint & idea will take 4 days to “resolve” it. wen i asked them for an explanation, they have none. what is the resolution here? i can’t port until 90 days.. can TRAI reduce the nbr of days to 30, as people won’t be forced to stick with unethical operators so long?
