This is to bring to your notice regarding a call from someone on behalf of Tikona from number 08441062135 today 27/11/2017 at 3:00 pm,
who claimed to be govt. Lawyer in tis hazari session court, delhi he told that there’s a case registered against me for non payment of the tikona bill.
I must pay some amount probably rs. 2000/- to tikona.
I have earlier also raised complaint on tikona for not providing service as promise with docket number: 462680.
When I explained him that tikona has not provided me solution for my internet connectivity issue and I have raised an immediate disconnection request he started to abuse me over call.
The amount billed by tikona is for the period of non working of the broad band. It is very frustrating that in stead of refund of the security amount, tikona is demanding for the period of non availability of the service.
I want to complaint about the harassment behavior of tikona in this forum. Please help me to get relieve from this torture and poor customer service from tikona. Thanks,
