I have placed the order on 06th Nov’17 12:15PM, but the order status is reflecting as pending review. post that i made a call to your respective customer care no. but post waiting of almost 30 minutes one of your representative picked up the call then he enquired few question & asked me to be on hold for while, i asked him not to put on hold for long as i have waited for 30 minute to speak to them he did assured me that he won’t keep hold for too long but he did kept on hold for more than 10 minute & then without resuming the call he disconnected it & wasted my all effort. though i considered it as XYZ issued and did called again on customer care no. but no one picked up the call even after waiting of 31 minute 49 second. trust me this is worst service i faced till now & i won’t recommend Yepme now to any of my friend or collegue. request you to look in to it & solve the issue ASAP.
i do not wish to seek for such service or Yepme ahead in future & will end up here with this last transaction only. now i need my refund.
