Frequently deduction money without information.

I have aircel number 8013518516 for a long time.Recently they deduct some amount in the name of some service activation(like Thank you for choosing Lehren TV Daily at Rs 1.0. You have been charged Rs 1.0 for 1 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223 Get Unlimited Videos, Games, Bollywood DT, Comedy club at www.pocketinternet.in,today at 6.23pm) without any information.15 days before they activated exotic india service and deduct money for no reason.I called customer care to refund the money and they did first time,but again they activated the service and deduct money.This time and till now whenever I called customer care they give me same excuse as their system is updating they can’t do anything also told me to come back after 2 hrs.Now whenever I called them after 2hrs they again told me to come back after 2 hrs.As now customer care also charge amount by calling them,so the amount for this I have to pay everytime without getting solution.Today also I called customer care and they gave me same excuse.I complained first time here and hope to get justice,as we the Indians never get any justice by local authority without giving them bribe.Kindly resolve the matter.Also as I recently recharge for 3 months so I’m unable to give up aircel service ,and I know they will keep deducting amount for this time being without any notification.Thank you in advance for resolving my issue.
