I have ordered a shirt

It was dlvrd on 4th Oct on the same day i have put a return request as i have got a too large size shirt not as per the size i have ordered also the material is bad on 5th oct they mailed me for pick up on6th oct bwt 2pm-5pm but no pick up is there on 7th oct after calling the customer service they said to self return the product & they will refund the shipping charge after getting the mail of the receipt i have got the refund of the shipping charge but the product returned back to me on 17th as the seller does not accepted it on the same day they have called me for the verification of the pick up which will be on 18th but no pick up is ther after asking them they told wait for another 2days as diwali is there on 19th so they are busy u wait the pick up will be on 21st there is no pick up on that date they have given the pick up time upto 5pm after 5pm i hav called they told me wait for nxt half an hour on 22nd i have called them after asking them plsss tell me when will be the pick up as u have mention that all returns should be made before 10th of nov what shall i do they again told me for self return as once my product have returned back i have asked pls mention me from which courier servece i will send the product so that u will not send it back for the nxt time they mentioned it to send it by IPS again i have send it but again it comes back today i have clled the customer service they told me again to wait for nxt 24 hrs as i have asked them about the return time limit i.e, before10th nov as the date comes nearer in this way the time limit will expire and what abot my refund they said that u will get your refund as u have self returned it twice i asked them for sending me a mail regarding this assurance but they ignore it i have filed a complaint in consumer helpline having

I have discussed all these above matter with them and they have supported me and suggested me what to do in the nxt step from my starting day now they have told me to case a file against the company.
