I bought a microwave oven from flipkart couple of days ago bearing the order no:- OD 110449329139473000 however there were no installation made by the company or with the partner Bajaj even after multiple reminders, rather i recieve an update from Bajaj stating i have requested to cancel my installation. I spoke to flipkart but they seem to show no interest in resolving my issue even though installation of the product was a part of the product specification displayed while purchasing the product.
I wrote to the CEO, grievance cell and all possible higher officials, however they seem to be uninterested in solving my issue. The executives who speak to me turn out to be adamant and argumentative stating that the installation is already done. Am, i demanding any compensation here or disputing something which cannot be honored ?? I am just asking for something which was promised. I am deeply saddened by the entire event and really want the CEO, board members and Mr. Bansals to go through my post and really look into this and sort out personally.
