Received your first phone on 14th October it had issues with camera.. request for replacement and for that also your customer care made unnecessary scene and somehow the same was delivered couple of days…
Now I face issue like phone viberates when put on charge…again issue with the camera… Every photo clicked has grains and noise…
Now when I call up customer care.. Agent Laxman says you need to go to service center since earlier phone you returned was also with the same issue so i can’t help.. deal with it..
1) why should i go to service center and waste my time??? When my phone is brand new and still under returnable period
2) why should i chase service centre for details and do running around for something you have delivered detective product
3) I either need replacement (with no defects) or my money back
