Porting from Idea to Airtel

I have requested two times to port my idea cellular number (prepaid) to airtel (prepaid). Both the times my request was not completely processed by Idea team. I used to get atleast 3 calls a day for asking me reasons why I want to port my sim. I made it clear to them that I want to port it. They asked to raise another request. In the second request also they didn’t port my number. Its been more than 1 month I am waiting for my number to be ported with 2 requests raised for it. Idea customer care is not responding to my complaints.
