Misleading or mis-commitment of services

This is regarding complaint of mis commitment or misleading for admission. As i have planned to get admission in MBA from amity distance education due to their offer of hospitality management specialition and option to choose free certification course out of three choices along with MBA. I told to the admission councellor to provide digital marketing certification course at the time of admission also she assured me for the same. After all the formalities i got admission confirmation mail from amity university on 14th july 2017. When I click on the given link and I login into my account it was showing no option to select course and only 1 course (six Sigma ) showing by default. Instantly I informed about the issue to the councellor and sent mail to resolve the issue on same day. I also raised complaint through student portal and they assured me to get it resolved as it happened due to technical issue but after several followups nobody turned up to resolve the issue even they denied to change it by saying that ” we can’t change it as it is your fault”. I am very disappointed with such kind of response and management behaviour. My purpose seems not to be fulfill for which I took admission also I couldn’t started my MBA course till date. This is totally mis commitment and misleading as they just attract students by making false statement..
