Dear Sir, I want to get repaired of my desktop CPU and got the contact of Neotech Computer Services from Quikr. I had contacted the Company they sent their person by name Satish on Mar 10 to my Place. He had done some repair to my desktop and send it is ok and took Rs 300, but the issue fix is temporary and issue came back after couple of days. After that i called him again and asked him to fix another CPU as well, he took the second one for repair to his office . After couple of days he shown that the issue of BIOS is fixed on his temporary Hard Disk in his office but when i took to my home and kept new Hard Disk the issue reverted back again with the same problem. The issue is not fixed totally but payment of Rs 800 was done as per the request. After many Calls and SMS requests for around 1-2 Months his Supervisor has sent his person again and took back the CPU for checkup. And now he is saying i need to spend extra 1300-1500 to fix the CPU which should be done with no cost and its already more than 2 weeks he took the CPU from me.So the whole process took around 2-3 months because of non availability of CPU i also missed couple of projects. I wasted my Time, Money and missed the projects. So i need a solution for this and return back my total amount of 800(Second CPU)+300(First CPU)=Rs 1100. Thanks for the consideration.
