I got a call from idea cellular agent asking me if I want to convert to idea network. I said I will let them know by evening if I am interested. My daughter has idea connection so I asked her and she is not interested in the offer they made and I don’t want to convert to Idea. Evening when the agent called me to ask I said we are not interested. She insisted if I want to convert the cell number 8897315016 to which she made a call to idea network. I clearly said he NO. But yesterday I cell stopped working and I have no idea. Today morning I am reading message my cell is trying to connect idea network!!!! that means they converted my network from Air tell to idea without my consent. its outrageous!! My daughter is seriously ill yesterday and she is not able to reach me due to this unwanted change to my cell network!!. She is almost falling unconscious by the time I reached home!!
