I recently purchased a new air cooler symphony storm 70I on 5th may 2017 invoice no. MP-05-135 from sales corner manjalpur vadodara. After 2 days of purchase the pump stopped working so there was no cooling as the water circulation was impacted. Also the pads were not getting wet. I complained to the sales corner as well as symphony. 5 technician visits held but still no change. They said we can change the pump but cannot replace the cooler. If a new cooler is giving such headache what is the point in getting it fixed again n again. Also the service in charge n the branch manager are giving wrong reports to their seniors.
