With reference to subject, it is advised that despite our various complaint bookings on different dates no action has been taken to resolve our problem.
It has been more than 20 days that our BSNL landline and broadband connections are not working. We’ve lodged complaints 3-5 times, complaint nos are mentioned below-:

Every time the complaint is informed(through message) to have been resolved, but in reality they have taken no action to do so. However, we’re being billed on time for their non-working services.
Therefore, through this portal we kindly request you to contact the BSNL dept and make them repair our landline and broadband services asap as we’re extremely disappointed with their careless attitude due to which we are facing severe inconvenience daily.
