I was used the postpaid mobile connection with Aircel since 2015 and my no 9841961066 and i never ever default my payment to your network. Initially the plan rent was 199 combo ( my basic plan Rent + tax for “600 minutes calls and unlimited internet”) and Aircel network was changed the “plan rent alone” as Rs.249 from 199 in 2015, since the rent alone changed I am continue with the service with your network. Again In July-2016 onward they changed my plan “Rs.249 Rent to 299 without unlimited 2G data” without getting my acceptance and knowledge .The same I escalate to Aircel but they did not respond properly (how changed the plan without my consent by the way of Call confirmation or Mail confirmation). So I request to change the network from Aircel to IDEA (by using port facility) for same number but subsequently Last (Sep-16) month bill they charged very high Rs.837/- and I paid Rs.400 only and balance due was data plan was over charged as Rs 482/- in Sep-16 Bill. Now The IDEA no 9841961066 was blocked based on your request and you are threatening me for legal action. If I really liable to pay for my service received from Aircel network without any fraudulent activity and as agreed plan provided from your side, i supposed to paid .
But in this case based on your internal issue, you were changed the plan without getting consent from customer in proper manner (at least through mail or voice recording call confirmation). I got reply from customer care stating that, SMS was sent on my number which I actually not received.
If the Aircel network real concern have change the plan after getting proper confirmation from customer, should call or mail to the customer get the same.
Even though implement through SMS method, network should receive acceptance confirmation message from customer.
In my observation, there is no proper intimation or implementation for plan change and your intention have been grab the money from customer.
