NO RETURN OF TABLET UNDER WARRANTY SERVICE

1. The product Datawind Ubislate 7CZ was handed over to the service station at Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India for service while under warranty on 03/08/2016.

ADDRESS- KAIZEN, SAHID NAGAR; BHUBANESWAR, ODISHA, INDIA
2. No return was initiated until December 2016. After contacting the customer care I was assured that the product was handed over to the above service station.
3. Upon contacting the service station, I was informed the product is damaged. So, can not be delivered.
4. After direction of the customer care 0n 17/12/2016, the area manager was contacted.
5. The area manager told to collect the damaged product and deposit elsewhere.

Although the product is under warranty it is the responsibility of Datawind for its service and replacement. The same drama is going by Datawind for last 6 months without any responsibility. The same scenario also made by datawind on this same product earlier by recommending one service station which acted harshly with us. This way of customer harassment by datawind MUST be punished by consumer law.

Prayer
1. A completely new product urgently
2. Impose penalty on Datawind for customer harassment and violating T&C of product warranty
3. Refund of battery cost which was deposited at the time of product handover
