I am Jagannath Chakrabarty lodge complain against “Almighty Migration Services pvt ltd”for fake promises,fraud services not refund my money till date.
I got advertise from quicker about the Job Vacancy in Denmark for Asst.HR post from the “Almighty Migration Services pvt ltd”.
As per telephonic conversation to Mr. Siddarth Malhotra Mob no.9619147280, I have sent academics certificates,exp letter and Voter IDs,Passport and adhar card.
They told you have to submitted original passport for Interview Process. I have sent my original passport via DTDC plus courier on 03/12/2015 to Mr. Siddarth malhotra.
After that I have selected for interview as Asst.HR in Denmark,copenhagen location. After that they told to pay Rs.50000 for Offer letter. I paid Rs.30000 on 07/01/2016
and Rs.20000 on 11/01/2016 to A/C no-50200011517870 Ifsc Code: HDFC 0001357,Indralok Branch in favour of “Almighty Migration Services pvt ltd”.
They sent offer letter and i signed the bond of two years. After that to getting work Visa in Denmark, you have to provide Police clearance certificate(PCC)and Medical examination Certificate.
I have send PCC and Medical Examination certificate on 3 March 2016.
After that no responses from “Almighty Migration Services pvt ltd. Its almost four months over.They have cheated my money and crucial time.
I have taken loan Rs.50000 from LIC with interest and i have to repay the amount and they are giving me harassment.

As I am also been a victim of Almighty Migration services Pvt.Ltd as made a offer a job & cheated us by taking money & passport with legal process. The branch manager as Himanshu Patel as his phone is ringing but not picking the call. As this company is registered in Ministry of corporate identification Number — U74120MH2015PTC264330 and Registration Number-264330.
As I am requesting to catch Himanshu Patel by your sources. As for cheating & taking money. As me there are many victim of almighty migration service. For further document I had attach to this mail.
So I need justice and refund my money.
I shall be highly obliged if you kindly take necessary action to resolve this issue.
