My name is Mohammed Nadiq SBI credit card, number: 4377484034007156.
Sunday 6 Nov, I got lot of smses from US to my registered mobile numebr, and I also got call from SBI Customer care saying fraudulent transaction activities are happening from my SBI Card and whether I initiated those transactions. I already replied I did not do any transactions. They called me up at around 4.30 -5 am to tell me that my card is blocked for further transactions.
I asked them if you block this how will I use my credit card again. They said they will issue me a replacement card for the same.
What I do not understand is that the card was blocked due to no fault of mine and Rs 115/- (100 Rs and service tax) was charged. It was due to data breach of their servers and my card statement shows rs 115/- debit which i need refund for asap. I wasnt even told about any charges which arises without my fault and i am ready to cancel my card otherwise after paying my previous outstanding amount.
