Admission Fee Refund

My daughter have passed of IInd class from Alpine Convent School, Sector -39,Next to Medanta, Gurgaon, and taken of admission in next class IIIrd and we have deposit admission fee & Quarterly fee in Mar-16, but after one month, I have shifted Roorkee & decided to daughter admission for same.
We have gone to Alpine school & ask for refund of admission fee & also quarterly fee but school not agree to refund of admission fee & quarterly fee.
Kindly requested you, please help refund of school fee.
