NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT SINCE 6 DAYS

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

WE WISH TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT REGARDING THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR OF BSNL EMPLOYEES. WE ARE STUCK WITH A PILE OF WORK WITH NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND MOST IMPORTANT NO SUPPORT. WE EVEN CAME ACROSS A STATEMENT “THERE IS A PROBLEM IN YOUR PC AND THAT WE ARE NOT AT FAULT”.
THIS IS A HUMBLE REQUEST TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS IT HAS GONE BEYOND THE NORMAL SUPPORT SITUATION.
HOPING FOR A QUICK RESOLUTION.
