I’ve bought a pulsar150 on 05/06/2016 and just after 5 days of pruchasing i found my bike’s disc plate got rusty. I’ve complained at service centre on 20/06/2016 first time. Then i’ve complained to A.S.M also on toll free no. as well as I’ve mailed about it to bajaj but all they replied AS THIS IS AN EXPOSED PART SO THIS A NORMAL AND COMMON PHENOMENON TO GET THE DISC PLATE RUSTY AS IT COME IN THE CONTACT OF WATER.
But i ddnt find any thing like this written on the service book as well as on any document of the bike that PLEASE DO NOT RIDE YOUR BIKE IN RAINY SEASON AS IT’S DISC PLATE WILL GET RUST ON IT.
common bajaj auto please have some sense before giving a fake excuse.
Please give me some solution over this problem…
