I have received 2 calls from last two days as a verification call from SBI on upgradation of my debit and credit card. The reason for upgradation is my reward point is expiring !. During this call the person was insisting me to reveal my card details like card no., expire date and CVV number and same request has been turned down by me.
By cross questioning and asking on details like employee code, authenticating whether he is a bank counterpart or not etc.. the caller was turned down the call and from that moment the number was busy.
I had reached the caller with different number and started hearing some bad language also received some shabby sms.
