We had applied for a Server subscription (Premium Corporate Plan) and paid up for a month on the condition that there is a 30 day trial period with refund option in case we are dissatisfied with the services. We found no Phone Support and SSH access was dysfunctional. Despite repeated reminders they have refused to refund our money back. Basic customer commitment is not being adhered to. This is clearly a fraudulent company out to scam customers off their money when they are not satisfied with the product.
