I had applied for admission at NIIMTES. I had talked to Mr. Harvinder Singh Layal, the branch manager, around 4 months back for the admission Fast track system for the degree in BSc in Multimedia and Animations from KSOU (Karnataka state open university). I had already paid Rs.7000/- in advance for the same, dated 15/3/16. After a month he confirmed that my admission has been rejected in fast track mode 2016. I was told by Mr. Harvinder Singh Layal that the advance will be refunded. But its been 3 months, I have not received the refund. I have tried calling them every day, but now they don’t even receive or attend my calls. The people I contacted are Thathagat Singh (the director), Julie (director), Seema (counselor), Karan Singh (Director). I request guidance and action to be taken against them. This has been a torture, so requesting a quick and immediate action.

recent days Mr. Tathagat sing calld me that u remove these complaint after i will refund your fees which is RS.7000/-, and after his call all typ of comment and complaint removed by me. last 4th of July when i calld hin for status, he told me that your payment was successful for my side and it will reflect in next morning in my account. he also told me he send me a trancsaction id which is generated by bank .but he dident send me transaction Id also . till today i dident get any typ of tranction of refund by NIIMTES. now i m calling day by day he dont pickup my any calls. please help me for my REFUND which is 7000/-

last i had talked with karan singh sir (NIIMTES). he give me right feedback and also give my fees refund in 15 mints. Thanks to Mr. Karan singh and Mr. Tathagat singh.
