I heard a lot about the cheap strategy of Kent on Internet sites but today I faced myself & realized that All was true. My story is that I purchased (by mistake I should say) Kent Grand Plus MRO on 10th June 2015. On very next day after one year i.e.on 11th June 2016 it started giving alarm sound indicating that filter need to be changed. To be very surprised the main thing that I could notice is that the system is just giving an alarm that your 1 year is over & spend some money. (Approx 4000/-) Otherwise if it is filter problem or filter really need to be changed then why sound came just on very next day of expiring warranty time. I believe that Kent has very cleverly designed the program for giving sound exactly after one year. This is not a right marketing strategy. All three 3 main filters failed on very next day of warranty period. This is cheating with customer. Usage also decide the life of filters. Additionally whenever servicing was done, the technician used to say that filter condition is good. All of a sudden all three filters failed. Adding for surprise to it, I serviced my machine on 9th June 2016 & filter was clean & good & harness was near 100. & all of a sudden it failed. I am going to file a case in consumer court against Kent for cheating customers.
Thanks
