Fake offer to customer

I am siju.i have an idea customer (9847250879).2016 april 25th 11:35 am One person calling me in your ernakulam idea ahowroom (Soumya).they told me as a spaciel net offer for me.1 GB net for rs:175 to 3 months.after 3 months normel charge rs 250 charged. i conforming to add that offer my plan.they registerd my requist and they told me that offer activate and start on my bill date.but that offer not activated on my plan after bill date.i am informing my issue to idea customer care.they check and seeing my activation requist.but they have not provition to activate that plan.becouse they dont know this offer.13th may 7:38 pm her head calling me.he requesting me to re-activatted.i told ok. But they activated normel plan,not offering plan.again cheeting and foolishing me.were i contact for this issue.why idea given this type fake offer to Customer.what feel you like this type of cheating.very shame on your Cunsumer service.take strict and nessesory acction for this case.i forsed to move leagely.i will show you who is customer and what is customer rights.
