I bought the Microsoft Lumia 535 last year in the month of May through Snapdeal. In the month of November, the phone started showing some defects. Those defects are as follows:-
1. The battery started exhausting on its own without any usage.
2.The insertion point of the earphones stopped working.
3.The calls could not be reached.
4. Even if the calls are received or done, the sounds were not audible.
Noticing these defects, I submitted the phone to the Microsoft Service Center of Bokaro Steel City. They could not repair the phone and sent the phone to the Company. And now the Service Center is not returning the phone saying that the Company is not returning the phone.
Then, I directly contacted the Company to repair and return the phone. But the Company denied saying that they require the receipt to return the phone. As I ordered the phone online, I did not get a proper ‘formal’ receipt. So, now I claim my phone back from the Company fully repaired (as it was under the warranty period at the time of submission).
I, being an aware consumer agree to perform all the duties sought from me. The Authorities can seek information from Snapdeal and I will supply all the purchasing details with my name, email id, etc.
