Dear Team,
I purchased jaipan hand blender from Amazon, by online with 1 year warranty,
Within 2 month I contacted to Amazon with detail that it’s not working but they people did not take any action and asking me to arrange certificate from jaipan company,
I tried to contact jaipan also but they are not responding,
I am helpless, feeling a cheated from Amazon online shopping
Please help me

i have purchased the ezy home electric chopper on 22.05.2016 and got delivered on 28.05.2016 . After that i was outstation and comming back on 03.06.2016 i tryed to use the delivered product but the delivered product was not working at all.After that on 04.06.2016 i called home shop 18 they denied to exchange the chopper and told me to call on 9818010783.
After that when i called the no 9818010783 a person picked up and replied that you you get a call within 3 days with the detail of the service center and after that you will go to sevice center and meet them.
why should i do so.I have no time to visit your service center.
please clearify it to me
Requesting you either give me a fresh unit of refund my amount at the earliest.
