Dear Sir, there was a unnecessary deduction of 34 rupees from my account. When I called to customer care they said that there was a call gone to a mobile no. for 32 minutes. I was shocked because the mobile no. was mine and I was using the both the no. in same dual sim mobile. I don’t know how is it possible that I make a call to myself to the sim which is on the same mobile and fur dilemma is that I some how received it as well. But there is no call history in my mobile for any such call. They said there is nothing that can be done. Please help.
